Managing Partner
An experienced College Educator and the fulcrum of our initiative. She is a certified Faculty in Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship.
She perceives psychological and functional problems of learners using Design Thinking, frames solution prototypes, and re-engineers them for lucid, application-friendly solutions.
She applies Design Thinking for promoting Social Entrepreneurship and Women Empowerment.
Mehuli Chakraborty
Partner & Back-End Analyst
Certified in Design Thinking from Cambridge International Qualifications. She is efficient at analyzing problems and tracing out triggering factors through the **Root Cause Analysis** method.
She is capable of executing Gap Analysis of "Competency Development Performance Enhancement" Projects and serves as the Back-End Analyst & Integrator of AV Excellence.
Mr. Purandar Sengupta
Director (Learning & Development)
He is a Certified Master Trainer and an Impaneled Mentor of NIESBUD (Govt. of India). He is also an Accredited Entrepreneurship Educator & Mentor(EDII Ahmadabad & AIMA). He is an experienced Strategist in Learning, Competency Development and Performance Enhancement
He administers diversified outcome-oriented strategic techniques for cognitive-behavioral re-engineering and emotive intensification.<
He enriches **Meta-cognitive Competencies** through Process Labs, Logical Conditioning, Situation Analysis, and various Experiential Learning techniques.
As an ardent advocate of Inclusive Development, he administers the strategies of Group Dynamics and Group Empowerment. He is an expert in OD Interventions like Appreciative Inquiry, Force-Field Analysis, Role Negotiation, and Design Thinking.
